We will not knowingly violate the privacy of persons; hence, we will act accordingly and strictly comply with the provisions of all known Federal and State statutes.

However, we will assist bona fide Clients with a legitimate need to locate Persons or Property.  This is a service provided to the legal community and individuals when they have a valid reason to locate a person or personal property, all of which meet the reasons listed below.

1. For use by a person holding a legal or beneficial interest relating to the consumer.
2. For use as necessary to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction requested or authorized by the consumer, including location for collection of a delinquent account.
3. For use in complying with a properly authorized civil, criminal or regulatory investigation, subpoena, or summons by federal, state or local authorities.
4. For use to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims or other liability.
5. For any use permitted or otherwise not restricted by law and which may reasonably be expected to be part of the normal course and scope of your business.

We subscribe to several data collection services that are not available to the public.  These resources enable us to complete these searches on behalf of our Clients.

We diligently comply with all laws including but not limited to, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681 et seq.), the FederalDrivers Privacy Protection Act (18 U.S.C. Section 2721 et seq.), the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (U.S.C. Title 15, Chapter 94, Section 6801 et seq.), and similar Michigan statues as they may apply to the performance of investigative services.
